Team Lead Conflict Management Training
Goal: To learn how to manage common conflicts as the team lead of a grade level of educators. To provide training in leadership and conflict management skills using real life scenarios.
Problem: Team Lead teachers reported feeling confused on how to handle certain conflicts that arose amongst their team members and coworkers. They felt a certain responsibility to be able to handle certain issues as they were given a leadership title however, they were not sure which types of problems they could manage versus ones that required the attention of administration.
Solution: A training program was created to help team lead teachers experience conflicts by walking them through a scenario based course which allows them to decide how to manage problems and identify the correct outcome.
Tool Used: Storyline 360
Emotional Intelligence Training Course
Goal: To understand and build strong emotional intelligence to improve interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
Problem: Employees reported feeling overwhelmed and unable to handle the emotions of themselves and others in the workplace.
Solution: An eLearning training program was created to help employees understand what emotional intelligence is, how to identify it in the workplace, and create better relationships and experiences.

How To Schedule an Email with Gmail
Goal: To learn how to schedule an email with gmail.
Problem: Employees were working late nights on projects but were weary of either bothering clients with late night emails or having the risk of emails not being read.
Solution: A training video was created to show employees how they can schedule their emails with gmail to mitigate late night alerts or ignored emails.
Tool Used: Camtasia, Screencastify, MURF.AI
Meeting Management Guide
Goal: To effectively manage and administer a workplace meeting.
Problem: As a result of COVID, employees had to work from home but complained of meetings that ran over on time, felt disorganized, went off topic, and lacked goals and objectives.
Solution: A meeting management guide was created to help team members better prepare for and run more efficient meetings.
